ResolveX can read public website pages and supported PDF documents. Imported content remains isolated to the workspace that added it.

Approve before use

Arlo answers factual questions only from approved sources.

  1. 01Open Knowledge and add a website URL or PDF.
  2. 02Review the extracted title and content.
  3. 03Approve the source for customer answers.
  4. 04Ask a test question and inspect the cited source.

Keep knowledge current

Re-import changed policies and archive obsolete sources. Conflicting policies should be resolved before both are approved.
